Festival de las Ánimas 2015

Una mexicana que fruta vendía, Ciruela Chabacano un proyecto tenía. Buscando rescatar y preservar la cultura a través de la celebración del Día de Muertos, se realizó un trabajo e conjunto con el Sistema Municipal de Arte y Cultura de Celaya (SISMACC), para plasmar principalmente la tradición de una localidad arraigada en los barrios viejos de la ciudad: el Paseo de Luminarias.
Looking to rescue and preserve our culture through the "Day of the Dead" celebration, we work with the Municipal System of the arts and culture of Celaya (SISMACC), to show in a different but original way the tradition "The Walk of Luminaries" who exists in a locality rooted in the old neighborhoods of the city.
Un poco de historia…
Anteriormente, se realizaban actividades aisladas por parte de las "casas" que integran dicho sistema, entre otras que organizaban asociaciones civiles independientes; por lo cual, el SISMACC buscó amalgamar todas las actividades dentro de un sólo festival cultural y así darle un mayor impulso a nivel regional.

Previously, were made carried out activites by the “houses” that integrate this system, and others organized by independent civil associations; so, the SISMACC sought to amalgamate all the activities within a single cultural festival and thus give it a greater impetus at the regional level.
Manos a la obra…
El concepto rector del proyecto busca narrar la transformación del cuerpo en ánima, convirtiendo elementos como las calaveras y el corazón en una constante visual en los artes producidos para el festival.
Let’s do this…
With he principal concept of the Project, we want to narrate the transformation of the body into an anima, turning elements like the skulls and the heart into a constant visual in the produced arts for this festival.
Se produjeron piezas en recorte de papel que provocarán un sentimiento "artesanal", logrando con ello generar nostalgia, emotividad e identidad de los locales hacia el festival y así sumarlos a los esfuerzos para la realización del mismo.
The pieces were produced in paper cut to provoke an "artisanal" feeling, who generating nostalgia, emotion and identity of the locals towards to the festival and thus adding them to the efforts for the realization of it.
Resultados
Además de la gran aceptación por parte del Sistema Municipal de Arte y Cultura de Celaya y el público en general, el proyecto fue orgulloso FINALISTA en Premio a! Diseño en la categoría de Identidad.
Results
In addition to the great acceptance by the Municipal Art and Culture System of Celaya and the public, the project was proud FINALIST in “Premio a! Diseño” in the Identity category.
